I am the Hearings Office Director in Social Security’s Office of Hearings Operations in Hartford, CT. As a Hearing Office Director, I work with the Administrative Law Judges and supervise the management team, Attorney Advisors, Legal Support Staff and administrative
staff to administer Social Security hearing appeals for a large part of Connecticut.
Our agency holds hearings and issue decisions as part of the Social Security Administration's (SSA's) process for determining whether a person may receive benefits.
I serve because I believe in the mission of the Social Security Administration to provide benefits to the American people and serve some of the most vulnerable citizens of our nation, the elderly and disabled. As a Federal Executive Association of Connecticut member, I have an opportunity to bring together leadership of federal government agencies for collaboration and coordination.
