The Federal Executive Association of CT is seeking to contract a retired Federal employee to serve as our upcoming Awards Banquet Program Coordinator.
The selectee will independently complete administrative, marketing and leadership tasks to include assisting the Awards Committee in securing sponsorship for Excellence in Government Awards Luncheon; act as the primary point of contact for all sponsorship related communications; prepare and mail sponsorship correspondence as needed for the Awards Committee Chair; assist the Awards Committee with financial functions and financial administrative activities related to sponsors.
The Sponsorship Program Coordinator will complete the performance of these services (approximately) June to September 2023. The actual contract will detail the dates.
The base salary amount is $900, in addition to a percentage of the sponsorship funds secured (more details available upon discussion).
